Amend your policy

If you have a Balens BV policy and need to make some changes, whether you need to change your name or address, increase your indemnity limit or add new activity or therapy you’ve trained for, simply complete the form below.

 

What happens next?

Once we’ve received your form, we’ll let you know whether we require an additional premium to include your new activity/therapy. If an additional premium is needed, the insurance upgrade to your insurance policy would be calculated on a pro rata basis.
